We will exchange the products if damage and trouble caused solely by the company and if the wrong product is being sent in international transactions. However, in case of the same kind of products are out of stock, they will be refunded by the below procedure.
Notify our email(firstname.lastname@example.org) of the damage or wrong with detailed and reasonable explanation within 14 days after delivery.
*For new, unopened trading card boxes, please take a video when opening the box.
If we identify a damaged or wrong item, please return the item at our expense. Please follow the instructions in the e-mail for more information.
